Position includes
Completing clinical nutrition assessments
Documentation with the Nutrition Care Process in the EMR system
Collaborating with the interdisciplinary care plan team
Calculations and recommendations for enteral and TPN feedings
Requirements
Credentialed by the CDR
Dietetic licensure
Positive attitude
Client centered
Good communication skills
