Responsibilities
The primary responsibility is to review clinical documentation from referrals and accept patients. This is a fast‑paced environment where the ability to gather information and make a determination in less than 15 minutes is standard.
How you'll contribute
Accurately performs patient assessments and identifies patient needs
Identifies and initiates appropriate nursing interventions
Provides care appropriate to the condition and age of the patient
Performs timely and appropriate documentation relating to medical necessity in the medical record
Responsible for completion and revision of the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient
Performs timely and accurate QI assessments

Qualifications
Applicants should have a current state RN license. A bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required.
Basic Life Support certification required within 30 days of hire
ACLS and PALS required within six months of hire
One (1) year of experience preferred but not required
ASLS certification preferred
