As a member of UMMS, UM Shore Regional Health is able to enhance its various clinical programs and facilities and facilitate physician recruitment, bringing world‑class medical care to the residents of Maryland's Mid‑Shore region.

UM Shore Regional Health network serves the Mid‑Shore region, which includes Caroline, Dorchester, Kent, Queen Anne's and Talbot counties. In addition to its two hospitals in Chestertown and Easton, it includes two freestanding emergency centers in Cambridge and Queenstown, and UM Shore Medical Pavilions at Cambridge, Chestertown, Denton, Easton and Queenstown, and a broad array of inpatient and outpatient services in locations throughout the five‑county region.

UM Shore Regional Health and Shore Medical Group are seeking a full‑time Interventional Radiologist to lead a well‑established Radiology group in Easton, MD. We seek an individual with a desire to develop and utilize management and leadership skills and possess a good blend of experience in Radiology.

Qualifications

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Interventional Radiology

Mammography experience preferred, not required

Collaborative team player with a positive attitude and good interpersonal skills

Advanced medical and anatomical skills

Knowledge of general surgery practices

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Strong motor skills and manual dexterity

Advanced analytical skills and attention to detail

Ability to remain calm and focused in stressful situations

Organizational and time‑management skills

Compensation:

$622,814.00 annually. The posted compensation reflects the range based on current MGMA and SullivanCotter benchmarks. Actual compensation will be commensurate with the physician’s experience, training, and qualifications.

Other Compensation:

generous sign‑on package, including your choice of a $20,000–$25,000 sign‑on bonus or a $50,000 housing allowance toward the purchase of a home in your first year. We also offer relocation assistance up to $10,000 and a competitive production bonus—all designed to support your transition and long‑term success.
