Education LevelHigh School## Description**Role and Responsibilities**Employee will be responsible for insuring cleanliness of production floor and trash dock.* Maintain production rooms to USDA standards including but not limited to shoveling, sweeping and mopping up waste from daily production of meat and other products.* Gather and dispose of trash/boxes.* Clean and mop production rooms and areas as needed daily.* Clean drains in plant area.* Fill sanitizer buckets on schedule* Additional responsibilities as instructed by Production Line Lead or Production Supervisor.* Adhere to plant GMPs and safety guidelines.## Qualifications**Skills and Requirements*** HS Diploma or Equivalent.* Be able to stand, bend and lift for extended periods of time.* Be able to lift 50-60 lbs.* Be able to work in cold or hot, wet environment for 8-10 hour shifts.* Basic literacy (English) and math skills (use of calculator).* Operate pallet jack training required.* Allergen training required.* Chemical training required if handling sanitation chemicals.**Additional Notes***May be required to train and operate a forklift and help in certain dock areas.*
