Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled
Occupational Therapist (OT)
to support patient care services at W. W. Hastings Hospital. This PRN/PD role is ideal for a flexible clinician experienced in evaluating and treating patients to improve daily living and functional independence.
Key Responsibilities
Evaluate patients’ physical, cognitive, and functional abilities
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Provide therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, coordination, and daily living skills
Educate patients and families on therapy plans and home exercises
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams
Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
Required Qualifications
Active
Occupational Therapist (OT) license
(state or compact if applicable)
Minimum
1–2 years of recent OT experience
Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
Strong communication and patient care skills
Ability to work independently in a PRN setting
BLS Certification (AHA preferred)
