We are seeking a
Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
who is committed to delivering thoughtful, evidence-based care in a collaborative, physician‑led environment.
The Role
As an LCSW, you will provide psychotherapy services to a diverse patient population, working alongside psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, and psychologists within an integrated care model.
This is not isolated therapy. This is coordinated, team‑based care designed to improve outcomes and expand access.
What You’ll Do
Provide individual psychotherapy using evidence‑based modalities (CBT, DBT, psychodynamic, etc.)
Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments
Collaborate closely with psychiatric providers on treatment planning
Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation
Contribute to a culture of clinical excellence and continuous improvement
What We’re Looking For
Active Florida license as an LCSW (Registered Clinical Social Work Interns are welcomed to apply)
Strong clinical judgment and ethical foundation
Experience working with anxiety, depression, trauma, and mood disorders
Comfort in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment
A commitment to both patient outcomes and personal growth
