Every day, people recovering from injury or illness need support and guidance to take important steps forward. As a Rehabilitation Consultant with Konekt, you’ll walk alongside clients as they navigate recovery, return to work - helping them to reconnect with what matters most.
Expect your day to be full of variety and real impact where you’ll:
Assess clients’ rehabilitation needs following injury or illness through physical, ergonomic, psychosocial or functional capacity evaluations (based on your clinical discipline)
Provide expert advice around work-place modification and the return-to-work process
Support clients to define meaningful recovery or employment goals, then co-design and deliver tailored rehabilitation plans
Monitor progress, adjust plans to support sustainable outcomes
Manage cases end-to-end: coordinate and collaborate with multiple stakeholders from workplaces/employers, healthcare providers, treating practitioners and insurers. Be an integral part of the shared goal of recovery and reintegration

What you’ll bring
Tertiary qualifications in Psychology, Rehabilitation Counselling or Social Work
Registration with AHPRA (Provisional is fine), ASORC (Full membership) or AASW
Pass a national criminal check, prior to commencing employment
A WWCC (Working with children check)
Full Australian working rights
A driver’s licence and willingness to work in different settings (workplaces, client homes, remote-onsite assessments)
The ability to coordinate across stakeholders
A collaborative, problem‑solving mindset, accompanied by professionalism and integrity
