Essential duties and responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, the following:** Greets all visitors and provides comprehensive information to ensure a quality experience in Georgetown.* Assists with incoming calls as needed, recording requests for information, and forwarding to the appropriate person.* Assists with the processing of incoming brochures and assemble goody bags as required.* Handles retail sale items in the gift shop portion of the Visitors Center.* Acquires knowledge regarding Georgetown's history, visitor attractions, hotels, restaurants, etc., and is familiar with all collateral material and merchandise in the Visitors Center.* Assists in maintaining the Convention & Visitors Bureau (CVB) general phone line.* Assists with special events and activities.* Performs other duties as assigned.**MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:****Education, training and Experience Guidelines**High school graduate, or equivalent. Six (6) months of customer service or public contact.
