Conrad Indianapolis is looking for a Senior Food & Beverage Manager to join the Food & Beverage Team! This is an amazing opportunity to grow your career in a Fortune 500 company within a sophisticated luxury brand.

We are home to the city’s only hotel spa and are connected via skywalk to The Arts Garden and The Indiana Convention Center, giving teams and guests seamless access across downtown Indianapolis.

In this role, you will be reporting to the Director of Food & Beverage and directly overseeing 25 Front of House Food & Beverage team members.

Responsibilities

Prepare, assign, and delegate responsibility and authority for the operation of the various food and beverage departments. This role will primarily oversee the lobby lounge.

Work with the Director of Food & Beverage and Culinary leadership to create promotions and specials for the lobby lounge.

Support in the planning and direction of all Food & Beverage functions.

Develop, implement, and monitor schedules for the lobby lounge operation to achieve profitable results.

Implement effective controls of food, beverage, and labor costs and monitor the food and beverage budget to ensure an efficient operation.

Regularly review, evaluate, and respond to customer satisfaction and/or dissatisfaction and recommend new operating or marketing policies when needed.

Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures that relate to food and beverage, as well as local, state, and federal laws and regulations.

Hire, train, supervise, develop, discipline, counsel, and evaluate line employees according to HHC policies and procedures.

Serve alcoholic
on‑alcoholic beverages in accordance with federal, state, local and company regulation.

Qualifications

At least 2 years of restaurant leadership experience.

Background in luxury or Forbes‑rated hotel environments.

Strong foundation in wine and spirits knowledge.

Ability to inspire and lead a team while consistently delivering exceptional guest experiences in a fast‑paced, high‑touch setting.
