As the Automotive Parts Manager at Duluth Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM, you will oversee the efficient operation of our parts department to ensure timely and accurate parts availability, supporting our service team and customers. You will manage inventory, coordinate orders, and lead a team to maintain high standards of customer service and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
Manage the daily operations of the parts department, including inventory management and ordering.
Lead, train, and supervise parts staff to ensure high levels of performance and customer satisfaction.
Maintain excellent relationships with vendors and suppliers to secure competitive pricing and timely delivery.
Collaborate with service and sales departments to anticipate and fulfill parts needs efficiently.
Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.
Prepare and manage budgets, reports, and performance metrics related to the parts department.
Ensure personal training at a level meeting the latest technical and industry standards.
Requirements
Proven experience in automotive parts management or related field.
Strong organizational and leadership skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Knowledge of automotive parts and inventory management systems.
Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are a plus.
