As a **Field Service Representative II****I (or Lead, based on location),**you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:Serves as the service center designee, in the absence of service center management to assume responsibilities of the person in charge of the location.

and onsite customer service requirements of the position To service all assigned systems, hardware and/or software with only moderate supervision. Must effectively communicate with customers, sales, dispatch, management and peers. Support customer needs both specific to and beyond the specific system serviced.**Company Vehicle**This position requires driving a company vehicle, which will require pre-employment and ongoing review of motor vehicle history for candidates who are offered and hired for this position.**Your Skills and Expertise**To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:* **High School Diploma/GED or higher*** **Minimum of 5 years of experience** in a customer-facing or service-related field* **Current, valid Driver’s License****Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:*** Experience in medical device handling, maintenance, or field service operations* Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities* Experience in inventory management, logistics, or order processing* Ability to train and mentor team members on operational procedures* Strong communication skills with customers, internal teams, and leadership**Additional Requirements**In this role, you may be required to enter healthcare or other third-party facilities. These facilities may require certain licenses, vaccinations, or other credentials.
