
Client Data Analyst II,(3-months contract)

DESCRIPTION
You'll support account leaders for Verizon by turning data into smarter decisions around sales performance and team execution. A typical day includes digging into sales KPIs, building tools that make insights easy for clients and teammates to act on, and helping the business move faster when the numbers shift.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Pull, clean, and model data from multiple sources to answer a specific business question.
Work in our BI and analytics tools to build reports, dashboards, or visuals.
Share findings with account teams and recommend next steps.
Design a survey, market test, or research approach to fill a gap.
Keep a pulse on market trends and competitor activity.
Help lead our measurement approach with clients and team leaders.
Jump into ad‑hoc requests that help the team win.

QUALIFICATIONS
Education
High School Diploma/GED
Bachelor's Degree
Bachelor's degree in marketing, statistics, computer science, geography or related quantitative field
Work Experience
3-5 years of related work experience
Knowledge, Skill and Abilities
Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills including formulas, pivot tables, and V‑look‑up
Basic Power BI, Tableau, SQL skills; other analytical platform or development skills a plus
Knowledge of retail marketing data collection methods (polls, focus groups, surveys, etc)
Strong analytical and critical thinking with the ability to disseminate insight from large datasets
Meet tight deadlines, prioritize workloads and achieve results in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment
Develop understanding of all phases of Mosaic business to find new opportunities for measurement
Proven ability to timely complete projects and achieve results in an ambiguous work environment.
