Systems Analyst

Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain SharePoint sites, forms, workflows, and documentation repositories.
Build automated workflows using Power Automate to improve operational efficiency.
Create dashboards and performance reports using Power BI.
Perform Python-based data cleanup and automation tasks.
Document workflows, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and process diagrams.
Support internal project coordination and continuous process improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications:
8+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, Reports Developer, or Business Systems Analyst.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including PivotTables, complex formulas; VBA/macros preferred.
8+ years of experience with Power BI and SharePoint site management.
Strong expertise in workflow and process documentation.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with engineering datasets or in regulated industries.
2+ years of Python experience for automation and data cleanup.
2+ years of experience with Power Automate.
