What’s Upstate is seeking a Service Response Center Representative for their Utica location. This vital role involves being the first point of contact for MVHS, responding to incoming calls and coordinating with various departments to provide essential services to patients, visitors, and staff. A high school diploma is required, along with expertise in interpersonal dynamics. Preference will be given to candidates with prior customer service experience, ideally in a hospital environment. The pay rate ranges between $17.00 and $21.00 hourly.
