
Tour Manager Universoul Circus

Responsibilities
This is high level logistical work that requires strong organizational skills responsible for the overall planning and logistical oversight of a traveling circus production, serves as the primary on-the-road authority and liaison between performers, technical and production crews, venue partners, promoters, and company leadership; coordinates personnel, talent, production crew and support staff; ensures seamless execution of performances across multiple cities, overseeing tour logistics, cast and crew welfare, venue coordination, regulatory compliance, and financial performance; coordinate travel arrangements including flights, buses, trains or other modes of transportation; manage tour budget and monitor daily expenses; approves local expenditures and reconciles financial reports; oversee payroll coordination for cast and crew; mediates conflict and address personnel issues; coordinates rehearsal schedules and performance calls; work closely with Production Manager, Technical Director, and Stage Manager to ensure rigging, lighting, sound, and staging compliance; coordinate promotional appearances and press events; maintain show quality and consistency across tour stops and perform additional duties as needed or at the request of the Executive Producer and/or the Executive Team.
Qualifications
(5) or more years of experience in live entertainment touring preferably in circus, theatre, arena shows, concert tours or large-scale productions (or a related discipline) OR an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
Demonstrated experience managing touring personnel of (50) or more individuals with strong knowledge of live event logistics and venue operations.
Experience with international touring logistics (preferred).
