AMG Specialty Hospital-Houmais seeking PRN Registered Nurses, RN for All Shifts with ICU/Step-downexperience!
Ability to communicatewith physicians, CCO/co-workers, as appropriate about changes in patient'sclinical condition including results of diagnostic studies and symptomatology.Respond quickly and accurately to changes in conditionor response totreatment. Additionally, is able to perform general nursing duties in alldepartments with adequate supervision.Some of the medical conditions thatare commonly treated include but are not limited to; Respiratory Failurerequiring ventilation, vapotherm, high flow, bipap, cpap, and nasal cannula.Depending on the complexity of these patients, they can require sedation/painmanagement, pressor management, and cardiac/anti-arrhythmic management.Complicated infections requiring long-term IV antibiotics. Chronicnon-healing wounds requiring extensive treatment with wound vacs and frequentdressing changes. RN'swill beresponsible fordirect andindirect patient care in the long-term acute care setting.

Job Requirements
Graduateofan accredited school of nursing.
Current LouisianaRegistered Nurse (RN) Licensure.
ICU, Critical Careor Step-Down experience is preferred.
Current BLScertification.
Current ACLScertification.
Able tocommunicate effectively and positively in English, both verbally and inwriting.
