Job Title
Service Repair Associate
Responsibilities
The Service Repair Associate drives a company‑owned van to customer locations and repairs or services industrial metal carts, cart corrals, and equipment.
Calls customers to schedule appointments and coordinate service.
Identifies company products, troubleshoots issues, and executes repairs.
Removes and replaces wheels and caster assemblies on carts.
Removes or replaces cart handles.
Operates welding equipment safely and efficiently, cleaning smoke and spatter.
Welds quality repairs of steel carts in the field, adjusting the welder as needed.
Spray paints as required.
Provides safe, fully repaired products to the customer.
Communicates a list of replacement parts used to the supervisor.
Trains other associates to assist in service work as needed.
Requirements
Clear driving record. Class E Missouri License preferred.
High mechanical aptitude.
Extensive experience with hand tools.
Experience troubleshooting and problem‑solving mechanical equipment.
Flexibility to travel on short notice if needed.
Basic welding skills.
