We are seeking Construction Technicians/Laborers with valid CDL licenses to join the Englewood team. As a Construction Technician/Laborer, you will be responsible for installing cured‑in‑place pipe (CIPP) on municipal, industrial, storm, and sewer line rehabilitation and repair projects.
The starting pay is $24.00-$30.00 per hour, depending on experience. The company offers a limited‑time sign‑on bonus of $4,000 for new hires with a valid CDL license; reduced bonuses are available for non‑CDL hires who meet criteria.

What You’ll Do
Repair various types of sewer lines using specific products and processes
Inspect and prepare pull‑in tubes by examining D‑rings, chains, and attachment to pulling cable
Install prepared tube using winch, backhoe, crane, or other appropriate equipment
Monitor gauges, dials, or other indicators to ensure equipment is functioning properly
Cure resin products using an inflation tube, banding boots, layflat, boiler hose, etc.
Learn and train on Insituform products, processes, safety procedures, installation techniques, and equipment
Drive various vehicles (pickup trucks to tractor‑trailer rigs) to haul crews and equipment
Perform site setup and cleanup tasks at job site or shop
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
Experience as a Construction Laborer and/or Installation Technician (highly preferred)
OSHA certifications (plus)
Valid driver's license and clean motor vehicle report
Must possess a Class A or B CDL and follow Insituform motor vehicle standards (Hazmat endorsement preferred but not required)
Must be able to wear a respirator and body harness while entering confined spaces
Ability to lift or move up to 75 pounds and use pneumatic, battery‑powered, or electric tools
Comfortable working outdoors at job sites with moving vehicles and mechanical operations, occasional exposure to fumes or airborne particles
Must be able to travel weekly (potentially out of state)
