Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees.**What You’ll Be Doing*** Perform routine and preventative maintenance on plant equipment.* Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.* Conduct inspections to ensure equipment is operating safely and efficiently.* Collaborate with team members to improve maintenance processes.* Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.**What Are We Looking For*** Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.* Ability to operate heavy machinery safely and efficiently.* Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.* Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.* Commitment to safety and quality standards.**What We Offer*** Salary Range, $25.00 to $27.00* Highly competitive benefits program, including:
