Machine Operator
We are hiring for multiple Machine Operators to join our team. As a Machine Operator you will play a vital role in our manufacturing process. You will be responsible for setting up and operating machines, monitoring their performance, and performing routine maintenance tasks. In addition, you will be required to inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and make adjustments as necessary.

Key Responsibilities

On a daily basis will be responsible for assigned production lines to ensure that product is produced in accordance with established quality and product standards.

Evaluate and discuss the operation of assigned machinery with the Machine Operator from the previous shift.

Operate and adjust production line equipment in accordance with established production standards, perform preventative maintenance, and report any problems.

Perform quality checks on containers to ensure proper specifications are maintained and document any problems or adjustments made to assigned machinery.

Check and maintain defined levels of all raw materials used in production on assigned machinery.

Keep all assigned machines and area neat and clean of debris.

Conduct yourself in a safe manner and adhere to all required safety protocols and policies.

Wearing PPE properly in accordance with company standards.

Keep the area around your workstation clean and free from dirt and debris, cleaning assigned areas of the building or equipment as instructed by your supervisor.

Follow plant specified job specifications and task lists.

Work assigned shifts, including overtime and attending after‑hour meetings as needed.

Perform other duties as requested, directed, or assigned.

Qualifications and Skills

High school diploma or equivalent.

Proven experience as a machine operator in the plastics industry.

Strong mechanical aptitude and technical skills.

Knowledge of blow molding machine operation and maintenance procedures.

Familiarity with different types of plastic materials and their properties.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

Attention to detail and ability to perform quality checks and inspections.

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Excellent manual dexterity and hand‑eye coordination.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced production environment.

Good communication and teamwork skills.
