Key Responsibilities
Data Analysis & Management:
Analyze security master data, market data architectures, and relational databases to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and adherence to governance standards.
Business Process Improvement:
Provide input and analysis for the continuous improvement of security data-related business processes and procedures.
Project Support:
Participate in the planning, testing, and implementation of projects related to new or revised products, services, or processes within security master data.
Requirements Gathering:
Elicit and document business requirements from various stakeholders to support security-focused initiatives and projects.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Serve as a liaison between technical teams (e.g., IT) and business units, facilitating communication and collaboration to achieve business objectives and resolve issues related to security data.
Issue Resolution:
Identify, analyze, and resolve discrepancies or issues within the security master data and related processes.
Regulatory & Compliance Support:
Ensure that processes and data management practices align with regulatory requirements and maintain operational integrity.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Deep understanding of various financial instruments (e.g., equities, funds, derivatives, fixed income) and their reference IDs and attributes.
Data Skills:
Proficiency in SQL and experience with data integration tools and pipelines (ETL) is crucial.
Technology Experience:
Familiarity with vendor platforms (e.g., Bloomberg, Refinitiv), data governance tools, and issue-tracking systems (e.g., ServiceNow, JIRA) is often required.
Business Analysis Skills:
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to effectively gather requirements, analyze data, and interact with diverse stakeholders.
