The Graphics Project Coordinator ensures customer product specifications and item details are accurately translated into MCC’s ERP and Prepress Management platform, and collaborates strategically with internal and external customers to optimize interactions and operational efficiencies.

Responsibilities
Maintain graphic project coordination from inception to implementation.
New Business Onboarding – work cohesively with all internal teams and external customers to ensure new business is established in ERP correctly.
Collaborate with internal and external customers to ensure item specifications are clearly defined, producible, and translated into the ERP system.
Create, maintain and link required graphic project data and processes to ERP system.
Effectively utilize ERP and graphics platform for prepress job entry.
Effectively utilize graphics software for prepress job tracking.
Manage assigned workload in accordance with standard work expectations of quality, service, and productivity.
Essential resource for internal and external pre‑pro calls.
Act as plant liaison for item master questions and/or issues.
Ensure proper POs are obtained for prepress, track jobs’ progress, and ensure they are turned in for billing (as required).
Demonstrate participation and input through Lean Manufacturing methods (SQDC).
Work as part of a team that strategically collaborates to fulfill internal and external customer requirements.
Complete additional tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
High School Diploma required, Bachelor’s degree preferred. 3+ years of experience in Customer Service and/or Graphics Reproduction; or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. Ability to determine root cause of problems and determine corrective action.
Strong skills in math, data entry, and a high level of attention to detail and accuracy are required.
Ability to read, comprehend simple instructions, and short correspondence and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively communicate information in one‑on‑one and small group settings.
Understanding of Microsoft Office tools required.
Must work independently and occasionally cooperate with co‑workers to create smooth flow.
Position requires standing or sitting for prolonged periods and may require lifting or moving up to 25 lbs.
Limited travel within North America.
