We currently have open positions for Assistant Managers (AM) and Restaurant Managers (RM).

Initial hiring range: AM $52,000–$55,000; RM $58,000–$65,000. Placement of the management team is determined by skill level and an approximation of a 30‑minute travel time from the employee’s residence.

What You’ll Do

Lead the rush: manage, coach, and inspire a team of 15+ in a fast‑paced environment, ensuring top‑tier speed and service during peak morning hours.

Maintain high standards of food safety, cleanliness, and beverage quality.

Drive results: use inventory management, labor scheduling, and P&L to drive profitability.

Build relationships: cultivate a positive, welcoming atmosphere for both staff and guests.

Essential Job Functions

Maintain a healthy, safe and secure environment by following and enforcing food safety, safety and sanitation guidelines and complying with all applicable state and federal laws.

Recruit, hire, onboard, staff, and develop employees through training and mentoring.

Maximize profitability and hit sales goals by controlling food, beverage and labor costs.

Execute all in‑restaurant marketing promotions and new product roll‑outs in a timely manner.

Maintain quality and guest service standards, including drive‑through times.

Ensure guest satisfaction by providing superior customer service and prompt problem resolution to guest complaints.

Manage inventory and order food and beverages, equipment and supplies as needed.

Minimum Qualifications / Requirements

Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Willing to work long hours, including weekends, evenings and holidays.

2+ years QSR restaurant, retail or supervisory experience required.

Advanced math and financial management skills.

Must be able to fluently speak and read English.

Basic computer and writing skills.

Proven ability to manage inventory, control labor costs, and train staff.

Energy: a positive "can‑do" attitude with strong problem‑solving skills.
