Senior Field Service Technician

Job Summary
The Senior Field Service Technician will be responsible for initiating and executing field service activities at customer sites in a safe and efficient manner. This role includes proactive system troubleshooting, working with mechanical, electrical, and diesel equipment conditions, conducting preventative maintenance and parts inventory, and anticipating and correcting safety issues on both company and customer owned equipment. The Technician will interface directly with customers and may be responsible for work in multiple systems, locations, and customers.

Requirements
Some travel required – up to 50%+ travel (overnight stays, away from home).

Driver Application for Employment.

Motor Vehicle Report (MVR).

Driver Disclosure and Release.

Employee Applicant Drug and Alcohol Statement.

FMCSA Certificate of Awareness.

Driver Certificate of Violations.

Driver Statement of On Duty Hours Road Test.

Copy of Driver’s License.

Copy of Medical Certificate.

Education & Experience Requirements

HS diploma or equivalent.

Preferred: industry‑specific license(s).

2 to 5 years of technical field service work experience, including industrial or commercial process water experience.

Other Experience

Ability to obtain all required customer clearances (TWIC, DISA, etc.).

Ability to obtain a DOT Medical card.

Clean driving record.

Work experience preferred.

Skill Requirements

Electrical and mechanical experience.

Ability to work without direct onsite supervision.

Technically sound troubleshooting ability.

Experience with Microsoft Office, including smart devices.

Customer service experience.

Critical thinking and troubleshooting ability.

Clear communication of technical information.

Ability to derive insight from customer experience to produce outcomes and solve problems in novel ways.

Pay and Benefits
The estimated pay range for this position is $53,200 to $85,100. Starting pay is dependent on multiple factors, such as skills, experience, and work location.
