A Taste of What You'll Do
We're seeking a Production Process Control Coordinator to join our team from July to October and help us keep our operations running smoothly. In this role, you'll collaborate with our Production and Planning teams and work closely with hourly and salaried employees to process work orders and ensure they are clear and free of discrepancies. We need a team member with excellent organizational skills, a passion for collaboration, and the willingness to work hard throughout the season. Seasonal schedules and three shifts including weekends during harvest are required.

What You'll Need

High school diploma or State‑issued equivalency certificate plus 2 years of administrative support, production/operations, bookkeeping, or process coordination/management experience with increasing responsibility.

At least 18 years of age.

Availability for 3‑shift work (day, swing, graveyard).

Willingness to work rotating shifts, overtime, and weekends.

Ability to read and understand simple instructions, correspondence, and memos.

Ability to write simple correspondence and procedures.

Proficiency in basic arithmetic (adding, subtracting, multiplying, dividing) in all units of measure.

Up to 5% travel to company offices, sites, or meeting locations for onboarding, training, meetings, or events.

Position is on‑site; no telecommuting. Must live within commutable distance.
