Role Summary
The Delivery Architect will lead technical solutions from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards, business goals, and cloud best practices (Azure/AWS). This individual is responsible for delivery quality, team leadership, and end-to-end accountability across large ERP and cloud-based solutions.
Architectural Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end implementation of Dynamics 365 F&O
- Manage data migration using Microsoft DMF
- Design and build APIs and flat file interfaces (e.g. Workday, Salesforce)
- Manage large-scale ERP projects including risk and quality assurance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders
- Drive testing cycles (SIT/UAT) and implement mitigation strategies
- Ensure enterprise architecture compliance and leverage reusable design
- Provide architecture recommendations to reduce cost and complexity
- Create solution and data designs using enterprise tools and patterns
- Communicate solutions clearly to both technical and business stakeholders
Technical Leadership Responsibilities
- Act as lead Technology Services representative on project delivery
- Provide overall technical leadership and guidance to cross-functional teams
- Collaborate with PMs and stakeholders for risk management, release readiness, and resolution of technical issues
- Oversee work delivered by third-party vendors/partners
- Evaluate performance of technical staff
- Use influence and trust to drive outcomes and decisions
- Contribute to Architectural Governance and develop change frameworks
Software Development & Technical Skills
- Expert in:
- .NET, .Net Core, C#, and related frameworks
- Azure & AWS Architecture and Components
- SQL/DBA, Web Services, SSO, API technologies
- Messaging technologies, GitHub, Jenkins, CI/CD
- Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and systems integration background
- Knowledge of domain architecture and software design
- Experience with cloud-based solution delivery (public/private)
- 7+ years of application development experience
- Bachelor's in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent experience
- Skilled in technical documentation, mentorship, and cross-functional collaboration
Experience with
- Dynamics 365 F&O modules
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customization Tool/SDK
- Creating Solution Architecture and Design documents
- Drafting and executing data migration strategies
- Proposal development and marketing support
- Working with multiple stakeholders in a consulting environment
