PROJECT SCOPE:
Wells Fargo is seeking resources in the Customer Remediation Center of Excellence supporting the Remediation Analytics Teams. Primary responsibilities for this role include utilizing database knowledge and business process to perform advanced data analysis to accurately identify populations of customers that require remediation and also to calculate the refund, account adjustment or other resolution. These roles will support Home Lending, Credit Cards, Auto, Deposit/Banking, Data Operations and Personal Loans and Lines.
TOP SKILLS:
3+ years of SAS and SQL programming experience. specifically T-SQL
Teradata experience
Oracle/SQL Server experience
Demonstrated problem solving skills
Strong communication skills
Experience in Financial Services working with Consumer Lending or Non-Lending data, e.g. Auto Lending, Home Lending, Credit Card, Retail Banking, Merchant Services, Personal Lending, Deposits, Wealth & Investment Management
