Key Responsibilities
Data Analysis & Insights
Analyze operational and business data to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights
Identify anomalies, inconsistencies, and data quality issues; investigate root causes and recommend solutions
Apply statistical analysis, hypothesis testing, and predictive modeling techniques to support decision-making
Data Visualization & Reporting
Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI and other visualization tools
Present data insights in a clear, compelling, and actionable format for stakeholders and leadership
Ensure reports are accurate, timely, and aligned with business objectives
Data Integration & ETL
Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes across multiple data sources
Prepare and structure data for analysis using SQL, Python, R, or similar tools
Maintain data pipelines and ensure data integrity across systems
Business Collaboration
Translate business questions into analytical frameworks and data-driven solutions
Partner with cross-functional teams to define key metrics, improve reporting processes, and identify opportunities for improvement
Communicate findings effectively to stakeholders at all levels, tailoring messaging to the audience
Continuous Improvement
Identify opportunities to automate reporting and streamline data processes
Contribute to the development of scalable analytics solutions and best practices
Stay current with emerging tools, technologies, and trends in data analytics
Required Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or a related field preferred
3-5 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related role
Experience working with large datasets and multiple data sources in a business or enterprise environment
Required Skills & Abilities
Technical Skills
Proficiency in:
SQL for querying and data manipulation
Python and/or R for data analysis and modeling
Power BI and/or Tableau for data visualization
Strong experience with ETL processes and data integration
Advanced Excel skills for data cleaning, transformation, and analysis
Analytical & Statistical Skills
Strong foundation in statistical analysis, hypothesis testing, and data modeling
Ability to interpret complex datasets and translate findings into actionable insights
Experience with predictive analytics and machine learning concepts is a plus
Communication & Collaboration
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner
Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work across teams and organizational levels
Problem-Solving & Critical Thinking
Strong attention to detail with a passion for identifying patterns and solving problems
Ability to think critically, ask insightful questions, and challenge assumptions

Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Databricks (notebooks, jobs, data tables, and troubleshooting)
