Senior EDC Developer with hands-on experience in EDC platforms (RAVE/Medrio/Zelta/Castor), SQL Server, Azure (DB/Blob), Power BI, MongoDB, and API integrations (JSON/XML).
Responsibilities
Design, build, and implement
EDC studies end-to-end
using platforms like RAVE, Medrio, Zelta, or Castor
Develop and maintain
Azure DB and Blob storage , including database creation, cloning, and pipeline support
Write and optimize
SQL queries, stored procedures, and data validation logic
in SQL Server
Support
MongoDB metadata structures
for logging, configuration, and system operations
Develop and maintain
Power BI dashboards and reports
for data insights and visualization
Manage and support
API integrations (JSON/XML)
between EDC systems and external platforms
Work with
IIS, Windows Server, and Azure hosting environments
for deployment and support
Troubleshoot data, integration, and application issues to ensure system performance and accuracy
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand study requirements and data workflows
Required
2+ years of hands-on experience in
EDC development (RAVE, Medrio, Zelta, Castor, etc.)
Strong experience with
SQL Server (queries, stored procedures, data validation)
Experience with
Azure services (DB, Blob Storage, pipelines)
Familiarity with
MongoDB
for metadata/configuration support
Experience in
Power BI report development
Solid understanding of
APIs, JSON, XML, and system integrations
Knowledge of
IIS, Windows Server, and Azure hosting
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and ability to work independently
Preferred
Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Computer Science or related field
Relevant certifications in
Azure, SQL, or data platforms
Experience with
clinical data reconciliation processes
Exposure to
life sciences or clinical trial environments
Nice to Have
Experience working in
regulated environments (GxP, clinical trials)
Familiarity with
data pipelines and ETL processes
