for a long-term contract opportunity for one of our direct clients in the
Raleigh, NC
area.
*Pay: $80/hr on C2C
*This position is hybrid.
*Some local travel may be required

Responsibilities:
Designing, developing and implementing solutions within the ServiceNow platform. The responsibilities of this role will include the following:
Architect scalable and maintainable solutions within the ServiceNow platform, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
Lead requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions, including custom applications, modules, workflows, and integrations, to meet business requirements.
Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior developers and support teams, fostering knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow configurations, workflows, integrations, and performance.
Required Skills:
6 Years - Proven work experience with ServiceNow development and/or administration
5 Years - Experience with ServiceNow Flow Designer or ServiceNow Workflow Editor using functionality such as Scheduled Script Executions (Scheduled Jobs)
5 Years - Experience with ServiceNow Flow Designer or ServiceNow Workflow Editor such as notifications and reporting
5 Years - Experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) or Customer Service Management (CSM)
5 Years - ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and/or application developer (CAD)
3 Years - Extensive knowledge of JavaScript and other web development tools and techniques like HTML, CSS, XML, SQL, and AJAX for building user interfaces.
3 Years - Experience building and maintaining integrations between ServiceNow and other systems leveraging REST, SOAP, and other APIs
5 Years - Ability to develop relationships/partnerships with customer by responding to needs and exhibiting a sense of urgency; independently identify options.
5 Years - Ability to organize, prioritize, and follow complex and/or detailed technical procedures.
Desired Skills:
3 Years - Familiarity with cloud computing concepts and best practices is beneficial
3 Years - Familiarity with ServiceNow's Glide scripts
4 Years - Experience designing and/or developing dashboards using Power BI
3 Years - Experience with Agile (Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe) development
2 Years - Knowledgeable in DevOps practices and Shift Left testing
