We are seeking a highly motivated
Data Scientist
to lead innovative
AI pilot initiatives
for defense and healthcare clients. This role focuses on designing and deploying AI-driven solutions to improve operational efficiency, automate workflows, and enable data-driven decision-making in secure and regulated environments.
Responsibilities
AI/ML Development:
Design, build, and deploy machine learning models and AI prototypes for mission-critical use cases such as workflow automation, document processing, and decision support.
Data Engineering:
Develop Python-based data pipelines for ingestion, transformation, and modeling across multiple data sources and APIs.
Workflow Automation:
Implement automation solutions using tools like Microsoft Power Automate to streamline business processes.
Data Preparation:
Clean, structure, and analyze complex datasets to support accurate model training and insights.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to translate business challenges into technical solutions.
Pilot Execution:
Lead AI pilots from concept to prototype and support transition into production-ready systems.
Documentation:
Maintain clear technical documentation for architecture, workflows, and data models.
Compliance & Security:
Ensure adherence to government security standards and regulatory requirements.
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field
3-6 years of experience in Data Science, AI/ML, or analytics roles
Strong proficiency in
Python
(data pipelines, ML models, API integrations)
Experience with
workflow automation tools
(e.g., Microsoft Power Automate)
Hands-on experience with
AI/ML solutions
(predictive analytics, NLP, or LLMs)
Experience integrating
REST APIs
and working with multiple data sources
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
Preferred
Experience with
Azure AI/ML , Azure Government, or AWS GovCloud
Knowledge of
MLOps
(CI/CD, model deployment, lifecycle management)
Prior experience supporting
government or healthcare clients
