Business Analyst w/ RPA
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the lead RPA Business Analyst, managing the end-to-end lifecycle of automation initiatives, including opportunity assessment, requirements gathering, process analysis, and solution design.
Partner with business stakeholders, IT teams, and offshore resources to ensure successful delivery of RPA solutions using UiPath.
Lead the business requirements definition, creating detailed documentation, process maps, and user stories that bridge business needs with technical capabilities.
Support and influence digital transformation roadmaps, identifying automation opportunities across clinical operations, data management, regulatory, pharmacovigilance, finance, HR, and medical affairs functions.
Facilitate working sessions with technical and non-technical teams to align RPA strategies and execution.
Drive adoption of RPA and digital technologies by collaborating with passionate, data-driven teams.
Ensure RPA initiatives comply with life sciences regulations and best practices.
Maintain strong coordination with offshore teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
Minimum of 3 years as an RPA-focused Business Analyst, with hands-on UiPath project involvement.
5-6 years of IT experience within the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry, particularly in clinical and research settings.
Solid understanding of IT systems and processes supporting clinical, regulatory, and operational domains.
Experience working directly with offshore development and support teams.
Strong ability to navigate both business and technical conversations with ease.
Demonstrated passion for digital innovation and continuous process improvement.
Preferred Qualifications:
Background in development or technical solutioning is highly desirable.
Experience supporting project management efforts or managing small to mid-sized digital initiatives.
Exposure to broader digital tools and technologies beyond RPA
