$55-$65/hour (based on experience)

Overview

Our client's Analytics team is focused on generating actionable insights through data, helping drive smarter, data-informed business decisions. This role is ideal for a data-driven professional who excels at both technical analysis and storytelling.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and clarify business needs to frame analytical problems effectively
Extract, clean, and organize data using SQL, Python, and/or R
Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis to evaluate potential business actions
Translate insights into clear recommendations using data storytelling techniques
Develop presentations using PowerPoint and visualizations using Tableau
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to implement and measure solutions
Required Qualifications

3-7 years of professional experience in data analysis or business analytics
Bachelor's degree (or higher) in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Finance, Economics, Math, Engineering, or Analytics
Strong proficiency in SQL and Python and/or R (technical skills will be assessed)
Experience with data acquisition, cleaning, and manipulation
Advanced proficiency in Excel, Tableau, and PowerPoint
Ability to identify trends and insights using both quantitative and qualitative methods
Knowledge of statistical and predictive modeling techniques
Strong communication skills, with the ability to present insights to diverse audiences
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment
Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
Preferred Qualifications

MBA or advanced degree in a related quantitative field
Experience in financial services, auto financing, or consumer lending
Background in credit risk, pricing, finance, or business analytics
