Application Developer / Support Specialist
We are seeking a versatile
Application Developer / Support Specialist
to bridge the gap between technical maintenance and active business development. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end health of our business applications, ranging from designing complex data visualizations in
Crystal Reports
to troubleshooting legacy systems within
Windows and DOS
environments. You will play a critical role in data integrity by writing and optimizing
SQL
queries and utilizing
Excel and VBA
to automate departmental workflows, ensuring that our data remains both accessible and actionable for stakeholders.
Beyond maintenance, you will drive efficiency through automation by developing
PowerShell
scripts to streamline routine system tasks. As part of a collaborative technical team, you will manage your development lifecycle and version control using
GitLab , while tracking project progress and support tickets through
Jira . This position requires a "Swiss Army Knife" technical mindset-someone equally comfortable debugging a batch script as they are presenting a new reporting solution to management using the
Microsoft Office
suite.
