Lead onshore data operations (Azure data platform), accountable for, security, and compliance, and serving as the escalation owner for P1/P2 incidents and change coordination
Incident, Problem & Change Management
SLA Management (MTTR, Availability)
EDWH, BI, Databricks Operations
Root Cause Analysis & Troubleshooting
Runbook & SOP Development
Operational Metrics & Reporting
Cross-functional Coordination
Backlog & Queue Management
Understand the Databricks job failures/pipeline failures etc.
