Job Description
We are seeking an experienced
Mainframe Application Developer
to join our team onsite in
Coatesville, PA .
8-The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with
COBOL, ADABAS, Natural, and CICS , and will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and supporting mission-critical mainframe applications.
This role requires close collaboration with business and technical stakeholders, strong problem-solving skills, and a solid understanding of the full application development lifecycle in a regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, enhance, and support mainframe applications using COBOL, ADABAS, Natural, and CICS
Write and maintain ADASQL, batch programs, and online transactions
Perform analysis, debugging, testing, and production support for mainframe systems
Work with TSO/ISPF, JCL, and related z/OS utilities
Ensure compliance with SOX controls and internal governance processes
Participate in project planning, documentation, and code reviews
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions
Required Skills & Experience
Strong experience with
COBOL (including ADASQL)
Hands-on experience with
ADABAS and Natural
(Report & Structure Modes, Predict)
Experience with
CICS ,
TSO/ISPF , and
JCL
Solid understanding of the
full application development lifecycle (SDLC)
Knowledge of
SOX processes and compliance requirements
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and project management skills
Ability to work
