Be the welcoming face of PACE of Southwest Michigan! As our receptionist, you'll be the first point of connection for participants, families, and visitors-setting the tone with warmth, professionalism, and confidence. In this role, you'll keep our front office running smoothly, providing essential clerical support while ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to exceptional care.
Key Responsibilities
Owns knowledge of reception practices, procedures and guidelines.
Answers telephones and greets visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
Check participants in/out utilizing various manual and electronic procedures.
Create and update name badges and insurance cards for new participants.
Supports the organization by delivering excellent service to all customers including staff, participants, family, visitors, and callers.
Directs visitors to the appropriate person/location and assists participants with sign-in/sign-out log.
Interact with the Interdisciplinary Team (IDT).

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
Two (2) years' experience in a clerical position with advanced computer skills.
Ability to type 40-50 words per minute.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office products, basic computer skills, and inputting/outputting data.
Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
CPR certification or willingness to obtain upon hire.
