Core Requirements
High school diploma (Associate's preferred)
5+ years in

construction / contracting / technical admin environment
Strong

MS Office (Excel, Word, Access, MS Project)
Key Responsibilities

Manage

project documentation, contracts, invoicing, and cost tracking
Support

project accounting, billing, and revenue tracking
Handle

subcontracts, procurement, and vendor coordination
Maintain systems (IIS, CBS, SMIS) and generate reports
Assist with

project closeouts, warranty docs, and customer communication
Key Skills

Strong

organization, multitasking, and attention to detail
Ability to

work independently and manage multiple projects
Good

communication with internal teams and clients
Basic

project accounting / costing knowledge
Nice to Have

Experience with

construction/project coordination tools & systems
Exposure to

billing, collections, and financial tracking
