Job Description
Frontwave Arena is hiring Part-Time Operations & Conversion Operators to support the setup and
breakdown of events including sports, concerts, and special events.
This is a hands-on, physical role responsible for transforming the arena between events. Work
schedules are event-driven, with hours varying weekly.
Schedule
• 10-40 hours per week (based on event schedule)
• Frequent overnight and late-night shifts
• Must be available for weekends and holidays
Responsibilities
• Set up and break down event equipment (chairs, stages, flooring, barricades, etc.)
• Perform arena conversions for different event types
• Load, unload, and move heavy materials
• Operate equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, and scissor lifts (if certified)
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Follow all safety procedures and supervisor direction
Requirements
• Ability to perform heavy lifting (50+ lbs) and physical labor
• Reliable and punctual with strong work ethic
• Comfortable working overnights and flexible hours
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
Preferred Qualifications
• Forklift certification
• Scissor lift certification
• Previous experience in event setup, arenas, or stage production
