Overview
We are seeking
a Senior SCOM Monitoring Engineers / Architects
to join an enterprise monitoring transformation program. These individuals will be responsible for designing, implementing, optimizing, and supporting large-scale Microsoft SCOM environments across hybrid infrastructures.
The ideal candidates will have deep hands-on experience with
SCOM , monitoring automation, enterprise dashboards, incident reduction strategies, and integrations with platforms such as
Splunk, ServiceNow, RMAD, Active Directory, and Change Auditor .
These roles will join the same team as a recently hired SCOM Architect and will help scale monitoring capabilities for mission-critical systems across Fortune 500-level environments.
Required Skills & Experience
7+ years
hands-on experience with
Microsoft SCOM
in large enterprise environments.
Deep experience designing and implementing end-to-end monitoring architectures.
Expertise with
SCOM management packs , overrides, alert tuning, and custom monitoring.
Strong scripting skills:
PowerShell
(required), Python or Bash (preferred).
Experience integrating SCOM with
ServiceNow ,
Splunk ,
Change Auditor , and Active Directory.
Strong background in
Windows Server ,
Active Directory , and hybrid cloud infrastructures.
Experience with monitoring-related security, compliance, and audit frameworks.
Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative architecture team.
