QA Analyst / QA Tester (Includes Accessibility and Security expereince)
We are seeking a highly skilled QA Analyst / QA Tester with 4+ years of experience in both manual and automated testing. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Selenium, LoadRunner, Cypress, JMeter, WAVE, Axe, and accessibility standards such as WCAG. This role is responsible for designing, developing, and executing test plans to ensure software systems meet performance, security, accessibility, and business requirements.
The QA Analyst will play a key role in validating the quality and compliance of applications through system, integration, regression, performance, and accessibility testing.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and execute manual and automated test plans, test scripts, and test cases based on business and functional requirements.
Perform various types of testing including functional, system, regression, integration, load/performance, accessibility, and security testing.
Use tools such as Selenium, Cypress, LoadRunner, and JMeter to automate and validate application behavior under varying conditions, including peak traffic simulations.
Perform accessibility testing to ensure compliance with WCAG standards, using tools such as WAVE and Axe.
Conduct vulnerability testing and ensure applications meet legal and best-practice security standards using tools aligned with OWASP and Veracode guidelines.
Identify, document, and track defects in collaboration with developers and business analysts using tools like Azure DevOps, JIRA, or equivalent.
Analyze test results, produce detailed reports, and communicate risks and issues to the project team.
Continuously enhance test coverage, automation scripts, and test frameworks.
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to support continuous delivery and quality assurance.
REQUIRED SKILLS
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
4+ years of experience as a QA Analyst or QA Tester in both manual and automated testing environments.
Proven experience with test automation tools including Selenium, Cypress, LoadRunner, and JMeter.
Strong understanding of performance testing principles and the ability to simulate high-traffic environments.
Deep knowledge of WCAG accessibility standards and experience using tools such as WAVE and Axe.
Ability to identify, analyze, and report security vulnerabilities using industry-standard security testing frameworks (e.g., OWASP, Veracode).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience with Agile methodologies and related tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jira).
Must hold ISTQB Foundation Level or equivalent
