Lead Power Platform / Dynamics 365 Developer (with DevOps expertise)

Required Skills & Qualifications
Technical Expertise
8+ years of experience in

Dynamics 365 CE/CRM and/or Power Platform

development.
Strong experience with

Azure DevOps/GitHub Actions

for CI/CD pipeline design and automation.
Deep understanding of

Power Platform ALM, solution packaging, configuration migration, and environment management .
Hands-on experience with

Dataverse, Power Fx, PCF development, TypeScript, C#, REST APIs, and Azure Functions .
Experience with

Test Automation frameworks

for Power Platform/D365 (EasyRepro, Playwright, Selenium, etc.).
Solid knowledge of

Azure ecosystem services (Service Bus, Key Vault, Logic Apps, Functions, App Insights) .

Leadership & Communication
Proven experience in

leading development teams

and enforcing DevOps best practices.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications
Microsoft certifications such as:
PL-400: Power Platform Developer Associate
PL-600: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert
AZ-400: DevOps Engineer Expert
MB-600: Microsoft Power Apps + Dynamics 365 Solution Architect Expert

Experience with

multi-tenant environments, Center of Excellence (CoE) toolkit, and environment governance frameworks .
Exposure to

Finance & Operations (F&O) DevOps practices

alongside Power Platform/D365 CE.
