The Communications and Infrastructure department needs a Network DDI Engineer who will be responsible for the design, implementation, and management of DNS, DHCP, and IP Address Management (IPAM) solutions.
Job Summary:
The Network DDI Engineer will be responsible for the design, implementation, and management of DNS, DHCP, and IP Address Management (IPAM) solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of network infrastructure and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues. The ideal candidate will have experience with DDI technologies and a strong background in network engineering.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
3+ years
of experience in network engineering with a
focus on DDI technologies .
Proficiency in
DNS, DHCP, and IPAM
solutions (e.g., Infoblox, BlueCat).
Strong understanding of
TCP/IP ,
subnetting , and
network protocols .
Experience with network monitoring and management tools.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP, Infoblox Certified) are a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
Advanced degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or other related field is a plus.
Extensive knowledge of DDI.
CCIE or equivalent certification.
Key Accountabilites and Responsibilities:
20% of time:
Design, deploy, and manage DNS, DHCP, and IPAM solutions.
20% of time:
Monitor and maintain DDI infrastructure to ensure high availability and performance.
20% of time:
Troubleshoot and resolve DDI-related issues and incidents.
20% of time:
Collaborate with network engineers and other IT teams to integrate DDI solutions with existing network infrastructure.
20% of time:
Develop and maintain documentation for DDI configurations, processes, and procedures. Implement security best practices for DDI services
