Knowledge of Cloud App Security to investigate alerts and configure policies
Good understanding of DLP, ATP, E-Discovery, AIP
Experience in a production environment.
Interact fluently with clients/users on escalated tickets.
Strong team management and organization/technical delivery skills.
Strong ITIL process knowledge
