Technical Business Analyst

Responsibilities:

Help create, plan and execute comprehensive test plans
Document and communicate field test results
Creates installation and support process including comprehensive test results
Helps defines processes and plans regarding software and hardware field testing
Requirements:

5+ years experience in the software development industry
2+ years experience in technical Business Analyst or similar role
4-year degree, preferably in Computer Science, or similar
Excellent planning, communication, presentation, and organizational skills are required
3-5 years of software testing and the SDLC process
1-2 years familiar with hardware installations, deployments, and testing
1-2 years familiar with software installation, deployments, and testing
1-2 years with familiarity with networking and networking protocols
3-5 years managing technical projects
