Key Responsibilities:
Maintain the cleanliness of apartment community grounds within set time frames.
Perform routine tasks such as pressure washing, leaf blowing, and general upkeep.
Deliver outstanding customer service to residents and staff.
Ensure equipment is properly maintained and report issues promptly.
Respond to resident concerns professionally and efficiently.
Track and restock supplies as needed.
Follow all health, safety, and company policies.
Skills & Qualifications:
Previous experience in groundskeeping, porter work, or a similar role is a plus but not required.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Self-motivated with excellent time management.
Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Professional, well-groomed appearance; represent the property and company with pride.
Ability to work outdoors in hot, cold, or wet climates.
