Key Responsibilities:
Analyze and evaluate existing systems and processes to identify gaps and recommend improvements.
Gather and document business and technical requirements.
Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to define project scope and deliverables.
Assist in testing, implementation, and post-deployment support of systems.
Create documentation, workflows, and process maps to support systems development and change management.
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in systems analysis or related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Experience with system development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies.
Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, or other documentation systems.
