Role Summary
Handles CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure provisioning and deployments, MLOps automation or model monitoring.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for applications and ML components.
- Provision and manage infrastructure using IaC; standardize environments across dev/test/prod.
- Operate container platforms (Kubernetes) and deployment strategies (blue/green, canary).
- Implement monitoring, logging, alerting, and incident response playbooks.
- Support MLOps automation: model packaging, deployment, and runtime monitoring.
- Drive security and compliance automation (scans, secrets management, policy-as-code).
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in DevOps/SRE roles supporting cloud-native applications.
- Hands-on experience with Jenkins (or similar), Terraform, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Strong scripting skills (Bash/Python) and comfort troubleshooting production issues.
- Knowledge of networking, IAM, and security hardening practices.
- Experience setting up observability stacks and reliability metrics (SLOs).
Preferred / Nice to Have
- Experience with ML workloads (GPU nodes, model serving, monitoring drift/quality).
- Experience with GitOps tools and progressive delivery.
- Certifications in cloud or Kubernetes.
