Introduction
We are seeking a highly skilled professional with strong experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) and/or SailPoint IdentityNow (IDN), along with a solid understanding of IAM concepts, workflows, and integrations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) or SailPoint IdentityNow (IDN)
Hands-on experience with Java, BeanShell, or scripting
Experience with IAM concepts: provisioning, governance, RBAC, SOD, certifications
Knowledge of LDAP, Active Directory, Azure AD, and other identity stores
Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and system integrations
Familiarity with SQL and database concepts
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry
Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
Experience with cloud IAM solutions and SaaS-based identity platforms
Knowledge of security frameworks and compliance standards (SOX, GDPR, etc.)
SailPoint certification is a plus
Experience with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement IAM solutions using SailPoint (IIQ/IDN)
Configure and customize SailPoint components such as workflows, rules, connectors, and UI
Develop and maintain identity lifecycle management processes (Joiner, Mover, Leaver)
Integrate SailPoint with enterprise applications, directories, and HR systems
Perform access certifications, role management, and provisioning tasks
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to identity governance and access controls
Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and application teams to ensure compliance
Participate in system upgrades, patches, and performance tuning
