Description
Our client is currently seeking a Senior Accountant to join their team. This is a full-time, permanent position.
Responsibilities Include
Perform daily transaction recording and monthly bank and general ledger reconciliations.
Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
Maintain accurate general ledger entries and supporting documentation.
Review invoices, purchase orders, and subcontractor payments for accuracy.
Assist with annual budgeting and forecasting.
Conduct variance analysis and recommend corrective actions.
Partner with internal teams to ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
1-3 years of relevant accounting experience (construction industry experience preferred).
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Hours & Benefits
Monday-Friday 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
